About the Role
The Memberships Coordinator at Latin Community Hub (LCH) is crucial role in building and maintaining an active membership base. This internal-facing position involves significant PR touchpoints with individuals, families, and organizational members. Key responsibilities include recruiting new members, overseeing renewals, tracking membership data, and promoting LCH’s events and initiatives. Excellent communication skills are essential for attracting members and driving participation. The role also involves collaboration with the Finance Officer and other team members to ensure the success of LCH’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Communication: Effective communication skills to clearly convey policies, procedures, and expectations to leaders and volunteers, as well as to listen to their concerns.
- Conflict Resolution: Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution, able to understand different perspectives, negotiating, and finding mutually beneficial solutions.
- Develop Team Culture: Maintain close relationships with organisational Leaders to drive Team cohesion, tenure longevity, and satisfaction.
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Demonstrated experience in recruitment, training program design and delivery, employee motivation, and engagement are essential.
