About the Role

The Graphic Designer role ensures LCH’s visual content is engaging and impactful, supporting our mission to create meaningful social impact. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing creative assets for the website, social media platforms, marketing materials, and audiovisual content, ensuring each piece is visually compelling, consistent, and
aligned with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Creation: Produce a variety of visual assets (flyers, posters, social media graphics, newsletters, event banners) that communicate LCH’s mission.
  • Mission Alignment: Execute designs that reflect the organization’s values and resonate with the Latin community.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to maintain brand consistency and adhere to established guidelines.
  • Technical Execution: Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create polished, professional visuals.
  • Community Outreach Support: Develop visual content that bolsters community engagement initiatives and enhances the organization’s outreach efforts.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Incorporate bilingual elements (English & Spanish) when appropriate to address a diverse, multicultural audience.
What We’re Looking For
  • Relevant Experience: Demonstrated experience in digital marketing within a non-profit setting, especially with multicultural or Hispanic communities.
  • Passion for Community Engagement: A strong commitment to connecting with and serving diverse audiences.
  • Cultural Alignment: Ability to articulate how LCH’s core values resonate with your personal and professional life.
  • Bilingual Advantage: Fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate our message.
